This is my 11th year of teaching in the Trinity Area School District.  I began as a librarian in the elementary schools... I may even have taught some of you before!  After two years in the library, I taught first grade for three years at Trinity South, and then third grade for two years (also at South).  This is my fourth year teaching science in the 8th grade, and I will work my hardest to make the year interesting and fun for you.  I graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Elementary Education, I received my Master's degree in Library Science, and I am also certified in Middle School Science and Math.                                                                                    

When I am not teaching, I am spending time at home with my husband, Bill, and our two energetic daughters, Aubree (6) and Addison (4).  We have a dog named Zoey, too!
