Mrs. Lynne Gallagher is the School Counselor for Trinity East and West Elementary schools. Mrs. Gallagher was born and raised in Pittsburgh where she attended High School at Steel Valley in Munhall, PA. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA and then her Master's of Science in Education from Duquesne University, specializing in School Counseling. 

Mrs. Gallagher has a background in behavioral health and therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of PA. She is a member of the American School Counselors Association (ASCA), Pennsylvania School Counselors Association (PSCA), Washington, Greene, and Fayette County Counselors Association (WGFCCA), and the Allegheny County School Counselors Association (ACSCA). Mrs. Gallagher has also worked as a Day to Day School Counselor at Pittsburgh Public Schools as well as a Middle School Counselor for 3 years in Lancaster County prior to joining us at Trinity. 

Mrs. Gallagher has a passion for working with students, partnering with staff, administration, families, and the community. She is an advocate for students as well as the School Counseling Profession.
