Hello Trinity East Families!!!

My name is Maggie Drezewski, or "Nurse Maggie", and this is my third year as the nurse here at Trinity East Elementary School.  I am enjoying now getting to know younger siblings of older students with each additional year I am here.  I aim to handle each student's illnesses/ injuries fairly and appropriately, to keep an open line of communication with families and teachers, and to encourage positive, healthy self-care habits and practices in all of our students here at East.

Prior to working here, I worked as the CSN at Washington High School, on the float pool at Canonsburg Hospital, and as an oncology nurse at the local Oncology/Hematology office in Washington and on the Stem Cell Transplant floor at Shadyside Hospital.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.

I do have 3 daughters in the district, in 4th, 6th, and 9th grade.  We spend alot of time outside swimming and gardening, and inside cooking and singing.  I do enjoy getting to know each one of your children and always hope that school is a positive and enriching experience for all of them :)
