Mr. Bill Hughes is the School Counselor at Trinity North and South Elementary Schools. A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, Mr. Hughes earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Social Sciences at California University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hughes also earned his Master’s of Education in School Counseling at Cal U as well as his Master’s Level papers in the Administrative Program for Principals.

Prior to being hired at Trinity for the 2017-18 school year, Mr. Hughes spent the previous five years as a School Counselor at the Intermediate Unit #1 and is a member of the American Counselors Association (ACA), the American School Counselors Association (ASCA), the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association (PSCA), and the Washington, Greene and Fayette County Counselors Association (WGFCCA).
