My name is Mrs. O’Neal and I will be your child’s Title I Reading Teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Specialization from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I also have a Master’s Degree in Education with a Reading Specialist certification from California University of Pennsylvania. 

I am excited to continue my role as a Reading Specialist and to help children become successful readers.
