Did you always know what you wanted to be when you grew up? I did not! I thought I wanted to go into Hotel & Restaurant Management, but after working in a few restaurants, I changed my mind. So, I went to work right after high school, and worked until 1992. Then, I decided to go to college for teaching. I went to Cal U and got a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I started my career in teaching in 1998 at Trinity, and have been blessed to teach here ever since.
I have lived in many places. I was born in Wickliffe, Ohio. I have also lived in North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and Pennsylvania (twice).
I'm a wife, mom to two great daughters, and YiaYia to two granddaughters.
I feel so lucky to be teaching 2nd Grade! I work with amazing people, especially my co-teachers, Miss Andrews and Mrs. Ocharzak. I truly feel that 2nd Grade is the best grade to teach because YOUR KIDS are amazing little human beings who want to learn and I love watching them grow academically and socially!
