Hello! My name is Jordan Merchant and I am one of the art teachers at Trinity High School. I currently teach the Photography, Drawing, and the Design courses. I live in Washington and have grown up in the area my whole life. I attended the Columbus College of Art & Design where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration in 2010. I then went on to obtain a Master's Degree and Teacher's Certification from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Since then I have worked as both a freelance illustrator and an art teacher at Trinity Area School District serving my first 6 years at the elementary level. In my free time I enjoy going hunting, fishing, volunteering at our church, and spending time with my wife and our new baby boy. I am blessed to work at Trinity and look forward to coming to work every day and working with a wonderful staff and such amazing students!
