Welcome to German!  My name is Tara Knight and I will be your son/daughter's German teacher this year.  This is currently my 19th year here at TMS.  I received my B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College. While at W&J, I received the Vira I. Heinz Scholarship Award which allowed me the opportunity to study abroad in Germany.  I studied at the University of Trier in Trier, Germany.  I received my M.Ed. from The University of Michigan, Dearborn with an Inclusion Specialist Certificate. I love that my students enter my classroom each day with an excitement and eagerness to learn the German language and its culture!
