It is hard to believe our first nine-week semester is almost over! Fourth grade has been working hard in the art room. To begin the year they created sketchbooks. Next students worked on pumpkin projects and Christmas projects in a partnership with our Parent Organization. 

Because of our rotating schedule with the Pittsburgh Glass Center and our regular school calendar, we will miss some individual art project times in November. However, each student should complete one more project by Thanksgiving with more to come in December. 

Housekeeping note - Please remember we use multiple art making materials in my room each week. It is in your student's best interest to wear clothing that may get messy. Please avoid dressing students in white or in their best clothing. I am working on securing high quality smocks for the art room at this time. Thank you.
