Hello! 

My name is Alison McGowan and I will be your child’s first grade teacher at Trinity East Elementary School. I am excited about and dedicated to the teaching profession. I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. I have also completed a Graduate Program at the same university with a Masters in Elementary Education.

I have been teaching in the Trinity Area School District for three years. My teaching experience over the past years has prepared me to create a warm and nurturing classroom environment in which your child will be able to grow and learn. 

I am excited about this year and look forward to working with you and your child.

It is my pleasure to welcome your child – and you to first grade at Trinity East Elementary School. I know this transition is a huge step for children, but I will do everything I can to make it as easy as possible.
