There will be a variety of activities already posted. You can try the new activity for the day, an old one already posted, or repeat a favorite activity. When you complete an activity you can post it to Twitter and add @Trinity_Elem_PE to the message or email it to me at Rhagerman@trinityhillers.net so I can see you performing your activity. Posting or sending it to me is not a requirement.
Remember the most important thing is staying healthy and safe. The second most important thing is keeping up with your school work. Please use my postings as a brain break, indoor recess to stay active, or a fun family time activity.
